It's Megan here with some cards I created using the new Cherry Delight line. I LOVE cherry blossoms, so I just adored this line! The colors are gorgeous and work so well together. I also love the new alpha stickers!
For my first creation, I decided to use the squares from the Happy Times paper to create a set of mini cards. I kept these fast and simple, using the mini alphabet stickers to create the sentiments.
Next, I had to do something with those gorgeous cherry blossoms! This tree sticker is my favorite I think. I couldn't wait to use it as a focal point.
For this one, I wanted to focus in on one of the 'scenes' in the Serenade paper, so I used a die cut as a mask, and misted the rest of the paper with some dye ink spray. I then traced the die to create a frame, colored it in and applied some glossy accents for texture. Two of the banners from the die cut sheet create the sentiment area.
Now that I had some scraps, I created this pieced and stitched 'frame'. More of the gorgeous cardstock stickers and some of the brand new Muse alphabet stickers complete this card. I used foam tape on the branch to create dimension.
Finally, I used one of the doilies from the Bliss paper to create a focal point on this pieced card. The flag is one of the die cuts wrapped around part of a wooden skewer.
Thanks for stopping by! I had such a blast making these cards. I hope you enjoyed them!
This a are really eye catching cards! Very cute and very creative. I love the third card. I'll try to copy that one.
