Hope you are all having a wonderful start to your week so far. We are excited to share with you a wonderful tutorial from DT Erin Payne!! Check out the adorable Birthday Card that she made... now she will show you how to make one too with the ADORABLE Cute As A Button line!! Now here is Mrs. Payne...

Hello all of you MLS girls! I made this little birthday card for my friends, and here is how you can make one to! First off, head to the store and grab all the goodies from the spankin' new line called "Cute as a Button". It really is adorable! Alrighty then, so off we go!
First off, trim the pink and purple papers to fit your card base. Then also trim the yellow paper in the shape of a tag. Using a crop o dile, punch a hole in the yellow tag shape, and pop some cute ribbon in the hole.
Using the Fiskar punch called Stitched, punch the pink paper on the top and bottom. Then cut a thin piece of purple paper, and punch it with the Fiskar punch called Apron Lace. Adhere all those papers down with adhesive.
Now for the fun part, using the alphabet glitter stickers in walnut brown, spell G R L. Leave enough room between the G and the R to put the cute girl from the cardstock stickers in the spot where the "I" should go. Then just above that you can spell out birthday using the tiny mini alpha's in lollipop pink.
Now grab the banner sticker off the cardstock sticker sheet, and pop it up there in the corner too.
Then to pull everything together, decorate the envelope with the darling acrylic stamps from the same line. So cute, just ties it all together, and makes the card extra special in the mailbox, waiting to greet the birthday girl!
Thanks, and please check out the facebook page to see more darling ideas. You can also follow my blog at www.bestbetties.blogspot.com to see more of my MLS goodies.
