"Another trick to getting more out of your scallop paper is to cut around the edges, preserving just the decorative border, and leaving the inside of the paper free for flower folding and/or stamping. cut different sizes of the decorative border to add interest and layers without dimension."
We love how Erin created the grass on this card by using a border punch and layering it several times. What an amazing way to add dimension to this circle card.
